Background
A user registration with email verification is needed to post on the I2P Forum as it is vital as a factor to prevent spam and sock puppetry. The forum aims to achieve a discussion on the utilization, development and support for I2P as a project, rather than topics that would involve eepsites outside of the official sphere,
Personal discussion should not happen in public forum. A private IRC2P channel is far more suitable for private discussions.
